New goal- have a Victoria secret angel worthy body!

I’ve been really unhealthy lately and slacked of big time with the gym

I actually avoided going on this blog, cause I knew how much I would hate coming back on and seeing all of my amazing followers and all of their hard work!! I’m starting again, no more unhealthy eating because it’s “easier”! What’s easier than eating fruit!!? I CAN DO THIS!

happy-healthy-strong-deactivate asked: In regard to your question about getting your V line back, my friend taught me this at gymnastics the other day! You'll need to learn how to use your transverse abdominals. Weird word right? They're located just above your pelvic bone and inbetween your hip bones (where the V line is, lol). You can turn them on sometimes through engaging your pelvic floor muscles until you can feel it tighten. Once you can do that, just tensing them on a bus trip will make them sore after awhile. Hope this helps
